This review is long overdue! Benchmade paid the return shipping, repaired the knife, and returned it to me within a 1 week period. North fork did very decent job, recurve, slim blade and sharp edge did make it all easy, but like i said this isn't the knife to pick as a dedicated cardboard cutter.
